In the Membership Travel Service department, we organize all travel servicing requests and deliver the highest standard of personalized customer service to our premium customer.
The MTS travel service is a key benefit to premium customers whose membership fee allows them access to our benefits and services – these premium customers will have a high expectation that the service delivered via the MTS call centre is world.
The MTS call center will be a fast paced environment that offers challenging but rewarding opportunities to meet and exceed premium customers’ expectations.
The travel consultant has to provide an interactive consultancy service to premium customers and deliver the highest level of personalized service at all times for travel requests. You will have to give advices and recommendations for the planning of both business and leisure travel itineraries using creative and cost effective recommendations and options including MTS Travel Benefits and Platform programs.
Your daily tasks entitles :
- Handle all administrative work in relation to customer enquiries – process the transaction e2e
- Promote MTS exclusive offers and benefits as made available to premium customers via newsletters, Previews, Statement messages and other marketing communications
- Secure sought after events and destinations by interaction and persuasion with suppliers i.e. Restaurants, ticket agencies, hotels etc.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets whilst adhering and maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
- Achieve telephone service targets while prioritizing and balancing work loads
- Adhere to company compliance and controls requirements
- Deliver a superior and extraordinary Service

Profile?
|
- Flexible, Highly motivated and skilled
- Previous customer service and call center experience
- Previous knowledge of travel industry
- Travel geography knowledge and airline industry knowledge
- Fully proficient in written and spoken French, Dutch and English languages
- CRS experience, IT literacy, use of databases and on line booking systems
- Able to work with Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes
- Ability to cross sell with relevance additional travel benefits that will enhance the customer experience
- Genuine interest in theatre, music, arts , entertainment in general
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Research/information gathering/ problem solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and or as part of a team
